Very rude staff!

It was a decent location short walk to Niagara Falls. The bedroom was neat and inviting. Appreciated our place and would come here again.

The location here is fantastic, really convenient for checking out all the popular tourist spots. It’s also right next to New Era Field and Wegmans, plus not too far from Niagara Falls. 🌟.

Cleanliness and comfort.

There was a mix up with my bank card. One employee was unable to get it straightened out. Another employee was able to do so with ease.

Had nice stay for the holidays and the weather was wonderful. It was good value. The workers were extremely friendly and attentive. Got immaculate, nicely decorated room with a refrigerator. As for me, the location was marvellous, near to stores & resturants, nearest mall and shopping areas.

This hotel is clean and has a great team of staff, plus it's in an excellent spot right off the highway, with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping.

Super staff, comfy room. Very clean

Would've LOVED a small refrigerator in the room. Had to toss out leftovers from several restaurants. This is the first one we stayed in that didn't have one.

The room was nicely decorated and included a huge bathroom. The staff was very amiable and professional, always there to help. The service was efficient with parking on site. The location for West Seneca was comfortable, adjacent to the New Era Field.

The coffee and breakfast they have is always wonderful.

The hotel was overbooked for the night, though we reserved the room the day of and on a weekend so it's not entirely the hotel's fault, however, the friendly staff was able to find a room for us. Also, the air conditioner in the room was very loud so we couldn't sleep with it on. Luckily, it was nice weather so it wasn't a necessity.

We stayed in a queen room for one night. The beds could use some refreshing, but the room had all the necessary toiletries and a fridge 🛏️. The breakfast we had was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options, including muffins.

As advertised, a clean and comfortable hotel, with new room furnishings and a full breakfast.

Stairways were a little worn, but the rest of the hotel was updated.
